Once subscribed, you'll have access to a hidden Custom Club order form for the wines you'll receive every 4 months until your selection is updated. You can change which Cellar you would like to receive wines from at any time by signing into your account.

Members must be over 18 years of age or older.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We will email you on the first week of December, April, & August with our Cellar selections. You
choose which Cellar you would like to receive by completing & returning the form to us. You can
change which Cellar you would like to receive wines from at any time.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO JOIN THE CELLAR?
It’s free to join The Cellar – you commit to a year’s membership receiving three shipments from The
Cellar. After a year’s membership you are welcome to opt out; otherwise you will remain a member
of The Cellar and continue to receive shipments. When purchasing additional wines, outside The
Cellar shipments, your discounts will also apply (excludes already discounted wines).
WHICH WINES WILL BE INCLUDED?
We have a number of hand-picked selections for you to choose from or you are welcome to
customise your order with wines that suit your taste. If you don’t request a change to your Cellar, we
will default to your previous shipment, ship and bill accordingly. Please note, Custom Cellar wines
may be replaced with an alternative if your previous selection is not available.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE CELLAR SHIPMENTS?
The cost of each shipment, together with any shipping costs, will be charged to the credit card submitted with your membership application. This charge will be made in the week before your wines are sent.
IS THE CELLAR OPEN TO OVERSEAS MEMBERSHIP?
Overseas members are most welcome to join The Cellar. Shipping rates are listed below and are
most cost effective when sending 12-15 bottles.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP EARLY?
On becoming a member, you agree to purchasing three Cellar shipments a year. If you want to
cancel your membership early, the amount of discounts you have received will be charged back to
your credit card.
