All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brennan Wines is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local delivery

Free domestic delivery is available for orders of 12 bottles or more and 1-11 bottles is a $15 flat rate shipping fee within New Zealand.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our winery at 86 Gibbston Back Road, Queenstown. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 11am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@brennanwines.comwith your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you’re PO box can receive large items before ordering.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. 
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
